Running wear

Today's jog started at Ocean Beach and went through Golden Gate park. Still trying to run once a week....but traveling for work all the time has really put a hamper on it >.<. Eating nothing but room service and business lunches isn't helping my waistline either -_-;;.

さあ、今日もジョギングしてみました。オーシャンビーチをはじめ、ゴールデンゲートパークなどをジョギングしました。最近、仕事のトラベルが多いので、あんまり走れてないが、ちょっとウェーストや腰の辺が。。。＞。＜。しかも、ホテルのルームサービスやクライアントとの食事も多いので。。。困ります！
